Discover the power of the saxophone!

John Coltrane, Kenny G, Félim Gormley and Lisa Simpson! All of these wonderful people have one thing in common… The Saxophone! Created to be the bridge between the powerful brass instruments and the vocal like quality of woodwind instruments, the saxophone is wonderfully versatile, being used from jazz to classical to rock music!

Here at Dublin School of Music we offer classical and contemporary saxophone lessons for any level of experience, from beginner to advanced. As we 'tailor' each and every course to meet the needs of each individual student, this course is taught on an exclusively one-to-one basis.

The course emphasises playing and instrumental performance, in addition to learning sight-reading, notation and theory.
Grade exam preparation is catered for following either the Royal Irish Academy of Music or the Associated Board of Music schedules. Preparation for other examination boards is available on request.
A great spot for kids to learn an instrument
Very affordable, really friendly staff and talented teachers
